Arley House & Gardens offer the discerning couple a luxury country house in the beautiful setting of Worcestershire for their wedding celebrations.
With a host of beautiful spaces available on the estate, including indoor and outdoor reception spaces, the wedding team at Arley House are able to create the ultimate bespoke wedding proposal for each of their couples.
From drinks on the terrace of Arley House or inside the walls of the stunning Italian Garden of the Arboretum, to dining and dancing under the stars on the rear lawn of the house, you are only limited by your imagination.
We pride ourselves on offering a limited number of weddings each week and in such we invite you to join us at Arley House the day before your wedding day to drop off any personal affects, be involved in finishing touches and run through any last details with the wedding team. This leaves you free on your wedding day to simply focus on marrying and enjoying every last second celebrating with the people that mean the most to you.
Arley House welcomes religious, civil and same sex weddings, Asian weddings, vow renewals and wedding blessings. We can cater from the very smallest and intimate of groups to weddings of 120 within a variety of rooms at Arley House, through to larger weddings of 130 to 250 in a marquee on the rear lawn of Arley House or Teepee on the front lawn adjacent to the Italian Garden.
A modern twist on the luxury country house venue
Newly refurbished Arley House has been lovingly restored in Farrow & Ball colours with sumptuous furnishings in natural oak, linen and leather throughout.
Arriving from the private driveway of Arley Arboretum, the grand frontage of Arley House offers privacy and exclusivity, with floor to ceiling glass walkways leading from the Grand Hallway to the west and east wings of the house.
In the front courtyard a state of the art BOSE sound system allows for the seamless playing of music inside and out of the house. Back-dropped by Arley House’s signature water fountain in the formal lavender garden, a pretty bench offers the perfect spot to sit and enjoy a tranquil moment.
Entering Arley House through oak double doors, guests are greeted by Arley House’s dedicated wedding team in the Grand Hallway, where parquet flooring extends along the main walkways through to the House Bar.
Each room at Arley House has been designed with comfort and relaxation in mind, with delicate fabrics and elegant furniture throughout enhancing the sense of luxury and quality.
No detail has been overlooked, with beautifully appointed bathrooms, luxury branded toiletries and a designated ladies room for the Bride on her wedding day.
The gardens
From the Valentia Suite the beauty of Arley’s Gardens can truly be appreciated with wrap around views of the estate’s magnificent trees, the Barbican Tower of the former castle, our pretty wedding pagoda and neighbouring St. Peters Church.
Located to the side of the rear lawn is the breathtaking walled Italian Garden of Arley Arboretum, Magnolia Garden, 65m long Flower Arch and 300 trees dating back over 350 years. With formal fountains, peacocks and views of The River Severn the combined gardens of Arley House offer a magical setting for your wedding day.
